Counseling & Psychotherapy
I offer individual, couple, and family therapy on a self-pay basis in the Lake Oswego, West Linn, Tualatin, Tigard, Beaverton, and Portland areas. I am currently providing services via telehealth only. I do not accept insurance and I do not provide psychological assessment but I can make a diagnosis and provide the necessary diagnosis and billing codes if you plan to seek reimbursement from your insurer.
Individual Session (60 mins) – $155

Licensure Supervision
I am an approved Oregon LCSW supervisor and I provide licensure supervision for MSW graduates seeking a clinical social work license in Oregon. I charge $100 per hour of supervision. I have provided licensure supervision since 2020 and I have previous experience as a field supervisor for MSW programs. I provide LCSW supervision under the assumption that deliberate practice is more important than experience in improving client outcomes. I do not believe I have all the answers, nor do I assume that you, as a supervisee, have none of the answers. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and reassuring, while also ensuring that you understand the “nuts and bolts” of clinical social work.
I ask that my supervisees utilize Feedback-Informed Treatment (FIT), regardless of clinical orientation, and monitor outcomes using the ORS/SRS system. While it is possible to use these tools for free offline, it is usually easiest to use an online system such as OpenFIT, MyOutcomes, or FIT-Outcomes. Keep in mind that these systems may require an additional expense unless provided by your agency.
